What to Expect
The first few appointments will be used to discuss your concerns (or your child’s challenges), treatment history, and goals for therapy. I will share with you my conceptualization of your difficulties and recommendations for treatment. This initial evaluation process will take place over a series of up to three different 50-minute appointments. In some cases, it might be recommended to have one initial appointment spanning 120-minutes that covers all of the main points of the initial evaluation.
Subsequent individual therapy sessions occur on a weekly basis and are 50-minutes in length. For individuals requiring more intensive treatment, I am able to meet multiple times per week.

I offer free 15-minute consultations to learn about your situation and determine if my services are appropriate for your needs.

Fees & Payment
My services are on a fee-for-service/private pay basis. Payment is expected at the time of each session; payable by credit card, check or cash. If you are paying by credit card, I retain a credit or debit card on file to automatically charge for your appointments after each session.
My fees are $275 for a 50-minute session, and $550 for a 120-minute session.
If you are unable to pay my full rate, please discuss this with me. I reserve a small portion of my practice for clients on a sliding scale. If I have the availability, I'm happy to work with you.
Insurance
Please note that I am not in-network with any insurance plans.
Some health insurance plans allow you to submit a claim for reimbursement for services provided by an out-of-network provider. If you wish, I will gladly provide you with a statement that is suitable for insurance reimbursement. You should contact your insurance provider first to determine if you have this benefit and how to access it.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment is required. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of service.
